Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Sensylec marketing website and the Sensylec software published by ERC Technologies.

2. Acceptance

Use of the site and software constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

3. Account creation

Creation of a Sensylec account is subject to email verification. Access to the software may be subject to prior review by the ERC Technologies team (typically within 24 business hours) to ensure proper use.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity performed under your account.

4. Intellectual property

Sensylec, its source code, calculation algorithms, interfaces and trademarks are the exclusive property of ERC Technologies. Any reproduction, modification, reverse-engineering or redistribution without written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Professional use and liability

Sensylec is a decision-support tool for electrical engineers. Calculations produced must be systematically validated by a qualified engineer before any on-site implementation.

ERC Technologies cannot be held liable for the consequences of non-compliant use, insufficient validation, or indirect damage resulting from software use.

6. Availability

We strive to ensure continuous service availability but do not guarantee 100 % uptime. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical incidents are possible.

7. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time at dpo@erctechno.com. ERC Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law (or Senegalese law depending on the contracting entity — see privacy policy). Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent court of ERC Technologies' head office, unless mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
