We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our forms (demo request, account creation, contact): name, professional email, phone (optional), company, role, described need.

Upon submission, we also record your IP address and timestamp as proof of consent (GDPR Art. 7).

3. Purposes and legal bases

▸ Responding to your request (demo, information, support) — basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b).

▸ Creation and management of your Sensylec account — basis: contractual performance (Art. 6.1.b).

▸ Sending Sensylec commercial information — basis: explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a), revocable at any time.

▸ Security, fraud prevention, audit — basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

4. Recipients

Your data is accessible only to ERC Technologies' sales and technical teams.

Technical sub-processors (Art. 28): Resend (transactional email delivery — USA, standard contractual clauses), Vercel (frontend hosting — EU/USA), backend hosting infrastructure [TO COMPLETE: provider + location].

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention periods

▸ Prospect/lead data: 3 years from last contact.

▸ User account data: active account duration + 3 years after deletion (accounting and legal obligations).

▸ Technical logs: 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable local data protection laws, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent.
